I am looking for someone to take over my contract for the next academic year at Kendrick Hall at Reading
For extra detail, please kindly drop me a message. It’s a 40-weeks en-suite room contract (from Sept 12, 2026- June 19, 2027).
Rent is £215 per week (price can be negiotiated LOWER)
with all bill included, shared kitchen, and laundry.
Please contact me if interested then we’ll go through more details and the formal process for the tenant takeover.
I also have an ensuite room organised by the univeristy at 206 pw, it's the remaining of my contract available from now - mid sept 2026. Please reach out for more details.
