Lodger wanted with live-in landlords :)

Hi ! We’re two guys (couple, 33 and 34) looking for a great, respectful lodger to join our home. We’re Belgian and pretty chilled — evenings are usually spent relaxing at home, often with some PC gaming, and we’re always up for a good conversation over drinks (at home or out). If you ever fancy discovering some proper Belgian beers, you’re more than welcome to join us!

Your space (lodger access only):

• Lovely furnished double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan
• Spacious en-suite bathroom
• Furnished small office space, ideal for working from home

Shared spaces:

• Fully equipped kitchen — double oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, bread maker, panini grill, blender, and plenty of storage
• Garden with a small terrace
• Garage (storage and bicycles only)
• Downstairs toilet
• Under-stairs utility cupboard (vacuum, cleaning supplies, etc.)

Please note: the living room is not a shared space, though we’re always happy to share an occasional movie night if you fancy it!

Pets: We have two very friendly indoor cats (Turkish Angoras), just so you know :)

Parking: possible on the street in our quiet suburb.

Occupancy: The room is for sole occupancy. We’re not against the occasional partner visit, as long as it’s kept reasonable.

Compatibility: We keep noise to a minimum after 22h, though we ourselves tend to head to bed around 23h-midnight — so a similarly easy-going, considerate approach to shared living works best for everyone. We’re ideally looking for someone in their twenties and thirties, who’d value being part of a relaxed, safe, and welcoming household where you can just be yourself.

Rent: £800 per month, all bills included: water, electricity, gas, fast 1GB WIFI, and council tax.

Deposit: £800 (one month’s rent).

Availability: Room available from 27 July 2026.
