Beautiful 5 Bed family house

This house is a wonderful, large property with many amenities to offer.
The current occupants of our house are a family (father, mother, and two daughters aged 19 years old and 14 years old) as well as one other 26 year old female tenant. We also have a female black Labrador (aged 1.5 years) that is very well trained and does not bark, jump or bite at all - our dog does not enter the kitchen or upstairs landing ever. We are all Nepali (South Asian) and would prefer a Nepali/South Asian tenant, though it is not a deal breaker if you are not South Asian! We keep the house very clean and we are looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet and respectful.
When living here, you would have access to the downstairs bathroom and upstairs bathroom, which is only used by the one current tenant and contain a shower and bath. You would have access to our kitchen and all kitchen utilities, including our cookware if necessary, as well as our back garden. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and bedside table. We have a washing machine, drying racks for laundry, and an dishwasher. Our neighbourhood is quiet and very close to bus stops, and roughly a 10 minute bus journey away from the town centre and train station. There are convenience stores and an ASDA/Aldi/ LIDL nearby within walking distance as well. If you have a car, we have driveway space.
