A very LARGE room available

It’s an L shape. Length is 15.5 foot and the width of length being 10.5 foot. The small area of the L 6 foot wide but the full length is 18 foot.
It also has a balcony leading from double doors, its on the first floor.

It’s large enough to have your own living area, desk and bedroom.

It’s part furnished currently (no bed) but we may be able to come to an arrangement to get a bed. But it can also be unfurnished.

You’d also get exclusive use of the large family bathroom with a shower over a bath, not an en-suite but the bathroom is only for you.

You’d share a fridge freezer with one other and we have all other amenities in the kitchen and a shared living room.

There’s an enclosed back garden with Ratten set and additional table and chairs. We get a couple of squirrels, doves, a Robin and pigeons also enjoying the quiet garden area.

It’s a nice quiet cul-de-sac, with on street parking.

20 yards from the front door is miles of walks through meadows and woods

Nearest pub is 10 minute walk and Winnersh Triangle park and ride and train station a 30 min walk or 5 minute drive. Direct train to London Waterloo.

All bills would be included.
