Looking for a sociable and friendly person to take over my room. Someone who is clean, respectful, not too loud and generally polite. I'm moving out to London for a new job, but I really loved living here. The housemates are amazing and very friendly, always up for an occasional chat.

Flat is in a great location, stone's throw away from the nearest bus stop, great connectivity to all of Reading, close to the station and town center.

15min walk from Reading Station
7ish mins walk to Town Center (Purple Turtle)
12 mins walk to a couple of gyms (Gym Group, JD gyms)
Nearest grocers/supermarkets are Saintsbury's and Morrison's.
Right by a Lovely nature walk following River Kenneth
Bills add up to approx £150
While advertised as unfurnished, most of the furniture is being left behind (some of them at additional cost)
