I am looking for a lodger(s) to share my home with - below are some important details:

I have 1 double room. The lodger(s) needs to be cat lovers as they will need to look after my elderly cat on occasions.
Rent: £750/month (£950 for a couple)

There is a second room which can be used as a study/sitting room for an additional rent of £400/month

The rooms are bright clean & fully furnished. All bills included; free wifi; peaceful garden; well served by public transport; Earley station is a 10min walk away and buses to Reading town centre run regularly, including late night buses; very near several supermarkets, gym, swimming pool, cinema and M4 (easy access to Bracknell, Maidenhead & Newbury); nirvana spa is a stone's throw away; lots of local Zumba classes too; quiet & safe neighbourhood.

I would like to share my lovely home with quiet, tidy and clean professionals. No late night revellers please.
