Shared professional house, with one small but lovely room available. House currently occupied by three tenants. Looking for someone who will fit in with the present company. Tennants usually moving to this property live here for a long time as house is well looked after.

What does the room have?
Single bed, recently painted which has cupboard. The room includes all bills, broadband and the room has been upgraded to receive TV reception.

The house contains:
- one communal living room;
- kitchen;
- one bathroom, and;
- long garden which the tenants make a good use for BBQ's.

Parking - Permit is required to park on the street

Where is the house?
The house is situated around 5 mins walk to the town centre and about 15 min walk to Reading station.

What if I want the room?
Your will need to provide :
1. Copy of you passport / Driving Licence
2. Copy of your working contract or reference from place of work
3. If you are not working; then bank statements going back 3 months
4. Holding deposit of around 1/2 months rent

* References & ID will be required
* All required paperwork and deposit will required before moving into the house
* No Couples as I don't have a HMO licence

I have lived in this property for 10year before moving. The house and street is a lovely place to live. I am a straightforward landlord and easy to get on with. I still live in Reading so I'm easy to get in touch with. If anything major crops up, I will deal with it immediately.
