My preference would be a female house mate - someone who is looking for a quiet environment to live.

There is no lock in apart from giving a months notice so this would suit someone who didnt want to commit to a long term contract.

I have a cat, JD, so it would be good to have someone reasonably cat friendly who could look out for him when i am away.
