4 double beds to be shared by 4 students

You would be sharing with three other students. The house is in a quiet place and close to all amenities like, University, buses, trains, shops etc...

It is wood floor for hygiene and furnished to requirement. The bathroom is upstairs and there is kitchen breakfast room downstairs.

There is a front and back garden to the property for your bikes, etc...

There is gas central heating and internet is available in the house too. There is washer dryer and large fridge freezer and plenty of storage space available at the property.

Please note the rent is £365 per calendar month per students, but there would be reduction if 4 students sign one contract together.
