Single Room To Let

Are you looking for a quiet, peaceful home to study and pass your exams? I have a fairly big size single room to let in my house. Close to public transport into town and Reading University at 15 mins intervals and only 10 mins to get there. It is only 20 mins walking diistance to the University of Reading. Leisure centre, M&S store, Carvery, McDonalds, Pizza Hut all conveniences, at walking distance. ASDA supermarket right opposite. A little quiet village. Very residential.

Bus service is very regular and only a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop.

Suitable for a young Student or young professional.

Includes all bills. Wifi is available. Parking is available.

Sharing the bathroom and the kitchen.

Meals are NOT provided. Anything extra other than Electricity and Water bills should be managed by the Lodger. Saucepans, cups plates and bowl, cutlery and crockery are provided. Anything extra that is needed for cooking purposes should be brought by the Lodger.

STRICTLY NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED to maintain privacy in my own Home.

Council Tax included.

Preferably a University student/Lecturer. Car parking available.

I'm the owner and I live in the house.

I need some reference from the previous landlord or from the Bank or the employer or a letter from the University.

Rent is calculated at the rate of £100 per week. Short term lettings are also available.

Living room can be used only to watch TV and relax of course.
