Weekday double room in central high-spec apartment

Hi, Im Stuart. Im 29 and work as an IT Consultant at Thames Valley Park. Im looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to rent a large double bedroom with private bathroom during the week. My apartment is three years old, professionally furnished to a high quality and includes broadband Internet, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, with telephone and TV sockets in the room. Communal roof terrace & secure bike storage onsite and parking is available within a short walk. All bills are included in monthly rent.

The apartment is located on the east side of the town centre with good bus, cycle, rail links. 5 minutes walk to the Oracle shopping centre, 10 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the Thames Valley Park shuttle service. Green Park business park is about 10 minutes by car/shuttle bus. There are pubs, restaurants and grocery shops within 2 minutes.
