This is a really lovely and quiet location.

5 minutes walk to the Oracle
8 Minutes walk to the station

The 2 ladies living here are both independant career minded professionals from Poland who very much live their own lives but at the same time are looking for someone similiar to compliment their home.

There is NO Parking available with this house.

The house itself is nicely presented and we only rent 3 rooms. There is a lounge/diner, lovely kitchen and a small court yard garden to the rear.

You will share the bathroom with one other person.

We are looking for a non-smoking, positive & friendly professional female Ideally between the ages of 30-40 who works away from
home during the day ( 9-5 - no shift workers please), be someone who lives a more healthy lifestyle, who likes to keep fit.

If you are someone who studies in your spare time then this will be the perfect house as it is quiet. The property is always kept clean and tidy and the same would be expected from the new housemate

We are not looking for someone who likes to party and certainly not looking for anyone who likes to bring their social life home. The house is too small to be having visitors coming and going plus it’s not fair on the other house mates who like to relax in their own space when they are home.

If you are looking for a more buzzing house share there are plenty available in Reading.

The room itself is lovely & bright, it , It has a single bed, bedside locker, chest of draws and a hanging rail. This is a really cosy room and would suit someone who travels light.

It would also suit someone who is only looking for mon-fri.
