Double room in a spacious clean house 10 minutes’ walk to Reading centre and shops. Large kitchen diner, living room, downstairs shower and toilet, bathroom suite upstairs, spacious landing and a lovely patio.

Rent is inclusive of all bills. Broadband internet is provided. The house is non-smoking but there is plenty of room in the patio and landing area to smoke should you need to.

There is a spacious living room with a 40 inches TV

The house is currently occupied by three male friends. We are looking for a clean and friendly person who enjoys the friendly and multinational sharing.

Short lettings are considered (min 1 week) between the 1th May and 31th July
