Fully furnished double room in great house

Our flatmate is leaving us after a long time of happily living together. So this is your chance to live in a very cool house. In the house, there's already one guy and one girl, both English in our 20's and 30s. We are super easy going, friendly and down to earth.

The room has a wardrobe, iron bed, desk, decorative fireplace, double glazing, wooden floors and a designer mat. The room is upstairs, on the same level as the bathroom which is rare in Victorian houses in the area. The house is very large and has a lounge, large laundry room, breakfast room and kitchen. There is a 50 foot garden also. Great for BBQs in the summer.

The room faces the back of the house so it very quiet. It gets the sun in the morning.

Parking as well as all bills is included (gas, electricity, wifi, water etc). 10 mins walk from The Oracle, 18 mins to Reading Station. 2 mins to Reading West Station.

The room would suit a professional who is easy going and clean.
