2-bedroom flat, 15 minutes' walk from station, 10 minutes' walk from Oracle. Spacious light kitchen and lounge, good size double bedroom, luxurious power shower. Nice green setting considering the town-centre location.

I've lived in this flat for 5 years and love it - but have moved away to join my partner and will only be in Reading a couple of nights a week for work for parts of the year, and sometimes won't need the flat at all. So - you would get the main bedroom and have the flat to yourself most of the time. I'm pretty quiet so when I'm there I won't be in the way but it would be nice to know I have a responsible and nice person in the flat (and for a chat on the occasions when I am there!)

Rent includes all bills except TV license (so includes landline/broadband, electricity and gas, water, council tax). Part furnished (double bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers, dining room table/chairs and one sofa, and kitchen appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine) but negotiable. Not suitable for cats or dogs, I'm afraid.
