Your own large Lounge and separate Bedroom to rent on ground floor of furnished house in the University area. Share kitchen and bathroom with one other male who has lounge and bedroom upstairs. Almost like having your own flat at a greatly reduced cost. Price includes all bills including 60mb Virgin broadband, but does not include landline telephone usage. Would suit easy-going professional. The bathroom and hall carpet need replacing, but these issues will be addressed within the next 2 - 3 months. This is a terraced house and so there is no private off-road parking. However, a friend who lives within 50 metres of the house is willing to offer off-road parking for £15 per month.
