Double room £250 p/month+bills

Hi there, double room for £250+bills available from 30th June in lovely, cosy house with three others: two guys & a lady, all working professionals. We would like another professional to join us too (a girl preferably for some balance!) The house is located just 15 minute walk to the Oracle Shopping Centre and town or 5 minutes on the bus with bus stop right outside door & close to local shops as well as Morrisons. We would love to hear from you soon :)
