In order not to waste your time, I must confess that the photographs shown in my ad are from 3 years ago and the entire house now requires some redecorating and refurbishment. The rooms for rent are in decent decorative order, but I will not be refurbishing the rest of the house until early summer when the weather improves., At that time, I intend having all windows, and the front and back doors replaced. I will also be installing a new kitchen and bathroom. The house will then be redecorated throughout. If you want space, are not looking for polished perfection and can tolerate some rough edges for a few months, then this could be for you.
I am willing to accept well behaved non-destructive dogs and cats.
Smoking in the garden is permitted. If you want to smoke in your lounge, then that will only be permitted if you are willing to accept and sign an agreement that the deposit will not be returned to you when you move out. In this instance, the deposit will be used to clean and redecorate the rooms. to remove odours.
