The house is in West Reading (RG30) and is positioned opposite a park. It is a short walk from the Tesco Extra on the Oxford Road.
Reading mainline station is 1. 4miles away (34 minute walk) and the 17 bus runs every 3 or 4 minutes.
Reading West station is 0. 5 mile away or a 10 minute walk.

There is permit parking outside the house and a car park across the road for the park which can be used as free parking for visitors.

The house benefits from double glazing and gas central heating and the rental includes all bills and high speed Wi-Fi, as well as a large TV in the communal lounge.

A cleaner (every two weeks) attends the property to maintain standards.

The communal areas consist of; a large modern fitted kitchen/dining room with oven, washing machine and two fridge freezers. The kitchen is also equipped with new utensils, pans and crockery. There is a separate communal lounge with two new sofas and a wall mounted TV.
