I'm a professional female with 2 easy going cats. Area is permit parking only however have accessible shed for bike storage (and other storage should you need) and very close to train station and buses. I'm 30, laid back and a considerate house mate used to house sharing. I smoke but only outside in the garden. Would appreciate someone clean and tidy who doesn't mind cats.
