I am a private landlord offering family owned property. I have a thoroughly clean, non smoking, compact, second floor studio flat in Earley, not far from the university, hospital and Reading Business Park. The house is on the no. 17 bus route and is a 10 minute ride into the town centre.

I am looking to rent the accommodation to a professional looking for clean, tidy quiet, well maintained accommodation. Party animals and non house proud people please look elsewhere.

Please note there is no washing machine/dryer facility. There are two launderettes within a two minute walk.

The studio is Council Tax Band A.
