Description
It is a student-friendly community within 5 mins walk to the university of Reading (there is a shortcut which leads to the uni.) and 5 mins walk to RBH.
Ideally, the tenant is a female. I am a postgraduate research student. There is an individual toilet for yourself on the ground floor but the shower room is shared on the 1st floor. Another boy on his 4th year might join us. If he confirms, you and he will share the toilet downstairs. Otherwise, the toilet will be for you only.
To be tidy (not like a hotel but neither too messy) and clean is essential. You are expected to clean your own toilet regularly (once a week?). Parties or occasional gathering are allowed. But the frequency shall be only once a month and the event got to finish by 10pm. Please also remember to tidy up the house after use.
BTW, I think free parking is available right outside the house.
