Looking for a housemate to move into a quiet double room overlooking the garden in a nice, spacious and friendly house in Reading.

Room is £475pcm and is available from the 15th October.

There are currently three of us in the house, which has more of a homely/relaxed feel than most houses available, so we are looking for the right person to complete the household.

The place has a nice a big kitchen with fridge, washer/dryer and large gas cooker. There is a dining room area and also a separate sitting room with Sofa + Widescreen TV with PS4, NetFlix and Amazon Prime. The sitting room also has a working Fireplace, which we fire up from time to time.

There is a separate shared bathroom with instant hot water provided to the shower by the gas boiler.

The house has a patio/garden area at the back with tables and chairs that is great for a BBQ or relaxing in the sun after work or on the weekends. We have a gas BBQ that also gets fired up whenever the weather allows! There's also a garden area at the bottom of the backyard which is a nice area to chill out while lying on the grass. The property has enough parking for 4 cars and parking is included.

Morrisons and Aldi supermarkets are both about 10 minutes walk away with a gym situated in the same area. There is a nice park just across the road from the house with 5-aside soccer pitch, tennis court and a running track with workout stations along the route.

The University is just about 10 minutes walk away.

The oracle shopping center is a 15 minute walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the house that brings you to the city/train station in about 10 minutes.

Languages spoken in the household include English, German and Spanish.

We also have 2 x rabbits which stay outside the house in a hutch so any potential member of the household must love animals :)

****Given the current situation with Covid-19, we will be carrying out initial viewings via Skype. This will allow us to meet potential housemates and show them the house. We can then move to a physical viewing if you like the house :)
