Lots of space, ensuite, near Reading train station

Hello,

My name is Graeme, the landlord, and the current flatmate Mike is moving out due to a change in work circumstance.

The house is 2-storied, semi-detached property with 3 bedrooms. It has a combined lounge/dining area, separate kitchen and large back garden. The room is of good size, has an ensuite, contains a king-sized bed and has a large wardrobe and dresser. I won't be renting out the third bedroom as am conscious of wear on the place (and want to ensure it is comfortable to live in), so this is available as a study and a storage area to be shared. The house and bedroom are fully furnished including utensils, but happy to discuss what you have and/or would like to change.

From the remaining housemate Phil, who has lived in the property for two years now: "I'm friendly and laid back, most of my evenings are spent working or in London at events. Happily get home and chill with a movie and great food equally as socialise with mates. I'm a guitarist (never late at night), enjoy a glass of red wine or bourbon."

Prefer a professional but a student beyond the party-at-my-house years is fine! Smokers ok but not inside. Note bills are not included.
