Double room available in large 4 bedroomed house in Lower Earley.

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in a large spacious house. On offer is a fully furnished double room with plenty of storage and an ensuite. The two people currently in the house are 31 year old professional males who’s main interests include most sports, films, music, good food and the odd night out!

The house is a family sized 4 bedroom house and with just 3 people living here there will be plenty of space for quiet times but also enough people to be sociable. There is a very large open lounge area, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen, good sized private back garden, private driveway big enough for 4 cars, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

Located in Lower Earley we are walking distance to Asda and all local amenities. We are minutes away from the M4 and just a 15 minute drive into Reading town centre, or a 20 minute bus trip with the bus stop being a minute walk away.

We can be flexible with moving in dates.

Cost is £550 a month inc all bills, internet + sky tv also included.
