A large double room in a new build town house approximately 1 mile from Reading town centre (20 minute walk). It is situated very close to Tesco West, and a short walk to Reading West Station & bus routes from Oxford Road.

The room is on the 1st floor and is fully furnished with a large built in wardrobe, desk, double bed with bedside table. There is a shared bathroom (with one other) on the 1st floor.

The house is of high quality throughout, with modern fixtures and fittings. There is an outside patio area which is good for bbq's and relaxing in summer.

The monthly rent includes all bills, including HD TV, 100MB broadband, water, gas, electric and council tax.

I would also consider renting the room on a mon-fri basis for a slightly reduced cost of £500.

I am a male, live-in owner looking for a new lodger to rent a spare room. There is already one lodger in this professional, friendly, sporty household. I'm hopeful of not just finding a lodger but also a new mate. I have no preference of male or female just that you are friendly & trustworthy.
