The fully equipped kitchen has a electric 4 plate stove and double oven, fridge & freezer, microwave etc.

The utility space has a washing machine (2 load max per week).

The comfortable lounge area has a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV. I have TalkTalk TV, and a PS4.
