Alright Ladies and Gents,
We have a house on Crescent Road, which is just off Wokingham Road and about a 10 minute walk to the edge of campus. It's a double room on the ground floor. The house has 4 other people in it and 2 bathrooms, plus a very big garden. There is no communal lounge area, but the kitchen is quite large and there is a sofa and a TV in it. There are 3 other guys and myself as the only girl. The rent is £330 a month plus bills which will be around £30 a month (it's likely to be less than that depending on how much gas/electric we use of course). We're all pretty fun, sociable and clean! If you are interested I can get some pictures sent over? and if you want any more info about the house/us as a group let me know
