One large single room is available in a fully furnished 3-bed riverside flat in Reading town centre (<5mins from the oracle, 10 mins from Reading (main) station). The flat is available at the end of September as one of our flatmates has moved abroad. Rent includes water and Sky Broadband wifi. Parking NOT included in price (due to reduced room price). The rest of the bills total £80-£100 per month.

This riverside flat has a very spacious living room with a balcony overlooking the river and 2 bathrooms which we like to keep neat and tidy. The available room is a single room which shares a bathroom with my room. The room overlooks the river and has a large window which gives the room a bright and spacious feel. It's in great condition with new carpets and bed. The shared bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. The other bathroom is en suite with my flatmate's room.

The communal living room is very light and spacious and has a balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, cooker/oven, microwave. The flat is across two floors and the 2nd floor has my flatmate's room and a landing area we use as a study overlooking the living room.

My flatmate and I (two female young professionals) are looking for another tidy and friendly young professional to join our happy home. We're both pretty busy during the week but we're really friendly and we enjoy to have dinner together as a house if we're all around!

£150 Letting fee required to landlord.
