Fantastic Room to Rent in Reading!

I am vacating my tenancy of this property, due to the need to move because of work commitments, and am looking for someone to fill my place.
I have two rooms: a double room in the attic and a smaller, single room on the first floor (the single room is the bedroom, though the loft can be used and is what I have been using). The rent covers the cost of both rooms and you always have a huge driveway and a great location, right beside the uni and a 15 minute walk to town.

It's a house share with 3 others guys who are all really great, it is a big shame to leave them.
