Great room in large 2 bed flat, excellent location

Hi,

I've got a room to let in my flat that I purchased about 4 months ago.

The room available is a good size double and comes fully furnished with:

- double bed
- triple wardrobe
- bedside tables
- extra wide chest of drawers
- office chair
- lamp.

The flat has broadband and sky sports TV, ample parking and large communal grounds. The lounge/dining room is much bigger than most flats; hopefully this comes across in the photos. The bathroom is newly fitted and has a bath/shower.

The flat is located near the University just off Redlands Road and as such has easy access to town, the Royal Berks Hospital, the station, university and TVP as well has very good access to the M4 and A329(M).

I'm male and 28, and have a professional job in the property sector. I am around most evenings but also like going out to play sport some evenings or going out to see friends.

I am happy with either a male or a female flat mate. The most important thing really is that I am looking for someone who is easy to get along with, professional, and is reasonably tidy! Who has their own interests or hobbies, but is also easy to have a chat with and decent company when we are both in.

The rent includes: rent, council tax, water, electric & gas, broadband, Sky TV charges and license. I will also be arranging a cleaner to come most likely on a bi-weekly basis from the new year onwards.

Alternatively if someone were looking for a Monday - Friday arrangement only, I would also be interested to hear and could agree a £400 rent per month instead.
