First the room - I have a double room available in my flat. It is stunning double room with own bath room in a modern gated apartment.
Living room, Kitchen also access to a free gym in the building.

So, not the usual flat share that seems to be avaiable in Reading for much higher price.

What I am looking for - Is someone in thier 20s, chilled out and of course who can keep it clean.

I would want a month and half rent in deposit, I am not too fussy about contracts but would like to keep someone longer. But if you can only live for short period and we get along, we can talk.
