I need someone to replace myself and take over the flat for the remainder of my contract that runs until end of July 2015.

It has all modern amenities, benefits from access to a roof terrace, a covered basement parking included and is barely a 2-min walk to the town centre.

You will be sharing the flat with my dear friend and very considerate flatmate.
