Double Bedroom to rent in Lower Earley (Reading)

Hi, I have recently had a change in circumstance and am looking for a new house mate.

The place is a maisonette style house and the room going is a good size. The house has a decent living room and well kitted out kitchen. The only furniture you would need would be for the bedroom. I am ideally looking for a young working person (aged 20-30) I am a very sociable person so would hope to have a house mate who is too. I would also like a house mate who would take care of the house and be tidy (Like me!) . I have my own company so work from home 3 mornings per week usually and generally have work commitments in the evening.

The location is excellent- I can be on the M4 either east or west bound inside 10 minutes and there is good links into Reading and Wokingham. I am also keen to fill the room ASAP so please contact me to arrange a viewing if you are keen.
