Nice double in 2 bed semi-detached house

I'm gutted to hear that my current house mate is going to be moving back to Finland in February, after living together for a year.

I have a furnished double room in my nice 2 bed semi-detached house. It's a quiet location in a family neighbourhood 50 yards from 2 local bus stops (5/9).

The house has been recently redecorated throughout last September. New wooden floors through downstairs which includes; bright dining room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a spacious shared sitting room.

The room is to the rear of the house, overlooking the garden. It comes furnished with double bed, drawers and wardrobe. there is a shared bathroom with shower/bath.

The rent comes inclusive of ALL bills including; council tax, water & heating, and a heavy duty virgin media TV & broadband subscription.

I keep the house clean and I'm looking for someone to maintain this standard with me. Most importantly, I have developed strong friendships with both of my last lodgers and this is important to me moving forward. I'm a fun sociable guy who works and plays hard. I enjoy cooking and watching films, as well as going out in town for drinks with friends. The space in the house is SHARED. So you shouldn't be afraid to join in for meals, share the TV or use my xbox.
