Large, Recently Refurbished Furnished Double Room

The house is a recently refurbished Victorian terrace in great condition. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the Oracle and 15 minutes to the town centre. The street is incredibly quiet and safe.

The bedroom is the largest in the house. It includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk and a double bed.

There is a modern bathroom, a decent sized modern kitchen/dining area, a living room and a small garden (which is currently being renovated).

The rent includes all bills and 50Mbps fibre broadband.

There are currently two of us living here. We are both professionals in our 20s. We are respectful, friendly and very relaxed. We're ideally looking for someone in a similar situation.

Available from the end of July or start of August. The room is for one person only. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

On street parking is available but is permit only - this can be applied for by contacting the local council.

Rent to be paid one month in advance.
