Central Reading - spacious double available

Hi there, I am looking for someone to replace me in an existing house share. My housemate is a friendly, 26yo female who works in Reading. I am leaving because my parents have moved nearby and I am moving in with them.

The house is a 2 bedroom terrace, only 10 minutes walking distance from Reading town centre. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street which runs frequently to town and the train station. Within 1-5 minutes walking distance of the house there are a number of local shops (corner shop, tesco, co-op, post office) and a number of take away restaurants (fish and chips, pizza).

The house has a large living/dining area, a good size galley kitchen and bathroom (with overhead shower. There is a lovely courtyard garden and a lean to off the kitchen that can fit a bike or other items. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished and is a good size double (10' x 10'). Currently houses a double bed, large desk, and storage unit. The room has fitted shelves and 2 hanging rails so extra storage is not a necessity.

There is ample parking outside the house and in the nearby area. Parking permits are needed but are relatively quick to attain (I got a temporary permit within 2 hours of moving in). All in all it is a lovely house in a nice area, I have spoken to the neighbours either side in passing and they seem pleasant.
