2+1 bedroom house near centre of Reading

Hello!!

I have had 7 great years in this house and am now looking to rent out the property long term from the end of March. The reason I am leaving is to move in with my girlfriend.

I am looking for professional people who will take care of my home as though its their own and to hopefully enjoy it as much as I have. Is this you??! Any questions, please feel free to contact me (though note that Im away from 27th Feb to 9th Mar with email access only).

The house comes fully furnished, is 15 minutes walk from the centre of town and is available from next month. The lounge, kitchen and first bedroom are 12ft square, and the attic room is 12ft x 16ft. The bathroom is only a few years old and there's also a walk through spare room I've always used for storage and guests. The rear garden is decked and great in the summer. There is central heating and double glazing throughout, the rooms have original fireplaces and on street parking. The house is on a cul-de-sac so the road is pretty quiet.
