This is a lovely decent sized double bedroom located near cemetery junction.
The house is fully furnished to a good standard.
With the open planned downstairs area this is a very sociable house with a friendly atmosphere.
We also have a spare room which tends to be used for when friends stay and to dry cloths, but can easily chuck and desk in there if needs be.
There is on road permit parking, where space is plenty.
Also, we have a lovely decked garden.

The house is available from the 1st of April and the current contract ends at the end of September. Ideally I would like to change the name on the contract which will incur a fee which I am happy to negotiate over.

The house is located 5 minutes walk from cemetery junction and around a 15 minute walk into the town.

We are all young professional looking ideally for another young professional or a student, but anyone is welcome :)
