The house is newly renovated. There are 3 bathrooms, a large patio area and gardens with lawns.

The house is a few minutes walk from Reading West Train Station.

A washing machine and dryer are included for use.

A cleaner visits every 2/3 weeks to clean the whole house (though not the bedrooms). A gardener cuts the grass regularly.

Fast wireless broadband is available and is included free of extra charge.

There is cable TV with many channels including sports channels in the room and also included free of extra charge.

The kitchen is large and modern with a large gas cooker, new microwave, 2 fridge freezers, a dish washer, lots of storage, with a large kitchen table and chairs.

All rooms are newly painted and renovated keeping many of the original features of the house. Carpets are all new with new wooden flooring in some areas of the house.

There are currently 3 very nice, friendly working people living here..

Off street parking is available.

There is a garage for storage.

An on suite is available for the room.

The room is a triple size and furnished with lots of storage and a double bed with new bed clothing.

There is a new fridge freezer outside the room for your exclusive use.
