Description

The house is a small but modern flat in an ideal location for commuters, a very short walk to the central train station. The house is also a 30 second walk from the river and a large local supermarket.

The flat comes with modern amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven and fridge-freezer. The available bedroom is on the small side, but comes with a double bed and some hanging wardrobe space. There is space in the room for a tallboy or chest of drawers, though the existing flatmate is taking hers when she leaves.

Parking: there is one secure parking space provided with the property - it's behind a locked parking gate and would be yours to use.

Current flatmate: I'm a 26 year old teacher from New Zealand that likes to come home, have a quiet beer and chill in the evenings. I sometimes try to play the guitar and never shut up about travel.

Ideal flatmate: someone who pays bills on time, keeps the space pretty tidy and is looking for a place to call 'home' for a while. A sense of humour is mandatory and good taste in music would also be appreciated.
