The house is a small but modern flat in an ideal location for commuters, a very short walk to the central train station. The house is also a 30 second walk from the river and a large local supermarket.

The available bedroom is on the small side, but comes with a double bed and some hanging wardrobe space. There is space in the room for a tallboy or chest of drawers, though the existing flatmate is taking hers when she leaves.
