Double room in Victorian terrace

15 minutes walk to town and the train station.
15 minutes to the Oracle complex
Approx 2 minutes walk from the Royal Berks hospital
Green Park is 15 minutes by bike.
Thames Valley Park is close too.
Both much faster by bike and the bus stop is at the end of te street.
M4 is approx 15 minutes away.

I'm open to Mon - Fri or full time, the price will change depending on how much time you spend here. I also have no preference over short or long term.

The room is large, airy and fully furnished. The house has been recently redecorated.

If you stay full time, I am away usually 2 weekends a month so you would have the house to yourself.

If you stay Mon - Fri you are welcome to leave items for the weekend and you will have space in the kitchen, etc.

I'm looking for someone fairly clean and tidy who is pretty relaxed. I work hard so have quiet week nights but there 4 great pubs within 5 minutes walk.
