This is a nice quiet terraced house in one of the quieter roads (Cul-de-sac) suitable for professional or Student
There are two other occupied rooms in the house and a shared kitchen and bathroom. They are not huge but generally well kept (and we would expect the same from you)
The room is for a single person but would consider a couple and generally charge 1. 5 times the single rate but this would depend on meeting you and the others having no objections.
