Downstairs there is a lounge area with TV and a 'snug' room with TV and double French doors to the garden, decked bbq area and lawn. There is also a laundry area and downstairs toilet/cloakroom.
I have a well behaved elderly non yappy Yorkshire terrier who has a gentle sunny disposition who generally keeps herself to herself.
