There is a private little garden at the back.

Rent includes council tax (band B), water, tv licence and BT Super Fast Infinity broadband. Electricity and gas are paid by tenants on pre-pay meters on an app. The tenants share the cost of a cleaner for shared rooms.

There is on street parking with a council permit.

Great access to Thames Valley Park as well as Bracknell, Wokingham, Winnersh, M4, A329(M) etc. Also close to Royal Berkshire Hospital and the university. There are loads of bus routes very close by on the A4.
