The rent is fully inclusive of the household bills so there are no hidden extras, and it includes a cleaner for the communal areas. We even supply your everyday commodities such as washing up liquid and kitchen / toilet tissue, so you only have to provide your food and bedding.

The facilities include a Washing machine, Electric double oven and Gas hob. A Widescreen television with Sky Q box (inc Netflix) and DVD player and there's a large garden shed for the safe, covered storage of your bike or other large items. You can also download & stream on the fast fibre broadband.

The house is in a great location just off the A329 Wokingham Road in Earley, thus making it handy for The George public house and the Showcase Cinema complex.

It's also ideal for the use of your own car, or for hopping onto the frequent public transport system, with bus stops directly outside. Being situated in an attractive, safe area, that's close to the A329M, enabling easy access for J10 or J11 of the M4. Perfect for anyone working in the Winnersh Triangle or the Thames Valley Business Park, as well as the business areas at Shinfield Park and Green Park. The Colleges & University are also nearby and the stations for Earley or Winnersh Triangle are less than 1 mile. Indeed, the town centres of Reading, Bracknell & Wokingham are just a short drive / bus trip from the house.
