Friendly house share, no agency fees :)

Hello!!

We have a lovely furnished room to rent in our friendly house share with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves. All bills are included. (please note, this is an ad for a bottom floor, front of house room.)

Our house has a fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of fridge space), a shared living room, a large bathroom and a garden. We keep everything as clean and tidy as possible so we all have somewhere nice to come home to at the end of the day. Unfortunately, the communal areas aren't suitable for working from home.

Located in a quiet street in central Reading, the house is across the road from a Tesco Express, about a 15 minute walk from Reading Train Station (doable in 10 if you're running late!) and a 5 minute walk from the Oracle Shopping Centre.

The house is currently occupied by Sophie, Katie and Lil who are all young professionals. Our house works well because the landlady lets us choose who moves in, the priority being that everyone gets on well.

There are 2 parking permits but both are currently in use.

*Please note, the deposit is higher than the rent as that includes a one-off £25 deposit security fee. Other than that there are no additional fees!
