The property is situated approximately three miles from Reading town centre and has two bus routes with buses every 10 minutes into Reading. Opposite a large park and within 200 yards of a gym, large supermarket, restaurant and takeaways.

The bedroom and bathroom will be cleaned weekly and fresh bed linen and towels provided, cooking will be done downstairs in the family kitchen on a range cooker where cupboard, fridge and freezer space will be provided. The rent includes all utility bills.
