Would be ideal if you’re social, and would like to hang out, eat together occasionally, but also value your own privacy at times (but would rather not live with a hermit that uses the place like a secret agent)

The house is very bright well equipped with everything being pretty high quality, modern, and in very good condition.

Also you get your own spare room to use as an office (no extra charge) - ideal if you're working from home. (or you could use it for whatever your like)

I'm a very relaxed landlord and many of my lodgers have become good friends so looking for someone like that. You will of course have full use of everything in the house, and can treat the place as your own!

As I’m a live in landlord, my preference is not to live with couples as it makes the house feel quite crowded.

A little bit about me:
I love the outdoors, hiking, caving, skiing, motorcycling and meditation. Also found chilling at home at times and love cooking and the occasional binge or movie on Netflix!
