I am an easy-going, sociable and relaxed professional, looking for a friendly and sociable lodger to stay, either short or long term. Would be ideal if you’re social, and would like to hang out, eat together occasionally, but also value your own privacy at times (but would rather not live with a hermit that uses the place like a secret agent)

The house is very bright well equipped with everything being pretty high quality, modern, and in very good condition.

You’ll be living with myself (live in landlord) and another girl. We get on like a house on fire, so looking for someone who will fit in!

I'm a very relaxed landlord and many of my lodgers have become good friends so looking for someone like that. You will of course have full use of everything in the house, and can treat the place as your own!

For short term lets the price is £995/month

As I’m a live in landlord, my preference is not to live with couples as it makes the house feel quite crowded.

A little bit about me:
I love the outdoors, hiking, caving, skiing, motorcycling and meditation. Also found chilling at home at times and love cooking and the occasional binge or movie on Netflix!
