This is a bright and spacious room in a central townhouse with en-suite bathroom and own separate loo. There's a good quality Hypnos mattress with cotton bedlinen and towels supplied. Offered from MON - FRI only, but you're welcome to leave possessions in the room at weekends.

It contains a desk, TV, a fridge and microwave, but you're also very welcome to use the shared kitchen & dining room.

There's obviously broadband (Virgin).

We have off-road parking behind secure gates, and a surprisingly quiet garden considering that we're within 10 minutes walk of the town centre. This would particularly suit someone who works in Reading centre or needs to commute to London, although we have a very responsive bus service to the various commercial parks.

We're a relaxed household : friendly and accommodating whilst respecting each others' privacy.

We ask for a month's deposit simply to avoid being left in the lurch, but we're happy for it to be paid in monthly tranches - conscious of the fact that cash flow may be limited at the start of a new job!
